We only have a showroom in 522 Pedricktown Rd,Logan Township, NJ 08085 . Please contact us if it's available for you come to visit so we can make an appointment for you.

How many boxes come with the chair?

9188E, 9188ET, 9196E, 9206 comes with 3 boxes, all other chairs comes with 2 boxes. Please feel free to contact us for the tracking number.

Do your products require special care?

Cleaning-quick steps to clean the chair:

  • Please dust the chair frequently.
  • Wipe over using a damp and soft cloth. Let the chair dry thoroughly before use.
  • Use a vacuum equipped with a soft brush attachment.
  • Use eco-friendly soap(we highly recommend using cleaners and conditioners that are made specifically for leather,never use any type of harsh cleaners,especially alcohol-based products.)

Do your products have any certifications?

All of our chairs are SGS, TÜV certified.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship only to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates. We do not offer any shipping outside the United States.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our main shipping method we use is FedEx.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 3-8 working days by FedEx for shipment time. All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

General Troubleshooting Guide

What if my lift chair does not work at all?

  1. Make sure the outlet is turn on and has electricty.
  2. Ensure the chair is plugged.
  3. Make sure there are no cable damages.

My chair only partically working, what is the reason?

The unworking part may need to be replaced. (All the accessories can be replaced very easily , the seller will provide an online teaching video if needed.)

What if my chair or controller starts to overheat or smell like smoke?

Unplug the chair ,and discontinue use of the chair immediately.Contact seller for further assitance.
